Hello, Hiring Manager π
Here's an example dashboard that I built. The numbers throughout are placeholders, but the Case Studies section includes my real work.

Case Studies
Selected work by Imad Tlais, Digital Marketing Specialist, across Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
Built a qualified sales pipeline from zero at $150β250 per qualified lead
Ran Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads for DecidrOS, Sugarwork and Partnerships. I moved acquisition away from low-intent traffic and towards senior decision-makers at businesses with 200+ employees, so leads turned into real opportunities. I reported directly to the Marketing Director and CTO.
Cost per qualified lead, weekly
Target band $150β250Traffic mix shift
QualifiedLow-intentReporting app: MQL rate by ad
Custom build on VercelIt tracked leads, MQLs and MQL rate for every individual ad each week, so decisions about which creative to scale or cut were based on lead quality rather than platform clicks.

Cut cost per lead by about 64% and lifted lead-to-MQL rate by more than 50%
I owned Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads end to end, from strategy and budget through to optimisation and reporting. Every campaign was tested and tuned against lead quality rather than volume, and lead volume kept growing month on month, ahead of target.
